Love it.  Been in hospitality for 12 years, now ditching the late nights and early mornings to teach what ive been doing to another poor sucker... i mean... willing applicant.

		<description>What about the 5 &amp; 10 rule?  When you are approaching a customer, at 10 feet make eye contact.  At 5 feet greet them by saying hello, or something else appropriate.

It's amazing how many people don't follow this.</description>
