Being a waiter has been an eye opening experience. Every day something different happens to keep you on your toes and help to improve your overall knowledge of the industry. To be involved in this industry means I have the opportunity to experience all the great things life has to offer, namely food, wine and great friends, on a daily basis. I have experienced the highs and lows of the industry and been involved at the bottom end and also the very top end of dining in Australia and everything in between.
